A driver's abstract is a record of your driving history from the date it was issued. It also lists any driving offences you've had in the last 5 years.
Before you start
To request your driver's abstract, you'll need:
- your driver’s licence number; and
- a method of payment to pay the $10 fee.
How to request your driver’s abstract
Online
Payment must be made with a credit card to use this service.
Once you complete this process, you can download and print your abstract immediately.
Email or fax
- Complete the driver's abstract request form.
- Send your completed form to [email protected] or fax to 867-393-6220.
Do not include your credit card information in your request. Provide your phone number so we can contact you for payment.
These requests take up to 2 business days to process.
In person
Go to your local Motor Vehicles office and we'll fulfil your request at the counter. You can pay the $10 fee with:
- cash;
- cheque;
- a credit card; or
- a debit card.
