We’re holding a land lottery and tender for 98 lots in Whistle Bend.
The lots available are:
- 55 single family lots by lottery;
- 13 duplex sites, totaling 26 lots by lottery;
- 8 townhouse fee simple lots by tender; and
- 9 townhouse condominium lots by tender.

The deadline to apply was Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 4:30 pm.
When is the draw?
The lottery draw and tender opening were livestreamed on September 25, 2025.

If you’re selected for a lot
We will notify winners that they have been selected for a lot. Lottery winners must accept their lot within 24 hours of being notified or their $300 deposit will be forfeit.
If you accept the lot, you have between October 1 and 15 to:
- enter into an agreement for sale with us; and
- for lottery winners, pay the required minimum down payment.

Requirements for ownership
If you enter into an agreement for sale, you must meet the following requirements of your contract to get ownership of the lot:
- Meet the 3-year building commitment.
- Pay for the lot in full.
Pick up your deposit
If your application is unsuccessful, you can pick up your deposit:
- between October 1 and 15 for lottery bids; or
- within 60 days of the results being announced for tender bids.
After this time your deposit will be returned to the address on the application form. If you pick up your deposit you will no longer be eligible to receive a lot.
