Deadline to apply
The deadline to apply was Tuesday, September 2 at 4:30 pm.
Prepare your application
- Download and complete the lottery application form.
- Include the required payments:
- A non-refundable application fee of $26.25 ($25 plus GST) payable by cheque, cash, debit card or credit card
- A $300 deposit in cash or cheque only

When is the draw?
No applications were received so no draw was held.
If you’re selected for a lot
Once we notify you of your success in the lottery, you’ll have 24 hours to accept the lot offered to you. If you do not accept the lot, you forfeit the lot and your $300 deposit.
If you accept the lot, you have 14 days from when we notify you to:
- pay the required minimum down payment; and
- enter into an agreement for sale with us.

Requirements for ownership
If you enter into an agreement for sale, you must meet the following requirements of your contract to get ownership of the lot:
- Meet the 5-year building commitment.
- Pay for the lot in full.
Pick up your deposit
If your application is unsuccessful, you can pick up your $300 deposit from October 1 to 15, 2025. Picking up your deposit will remove you from the draw list.
