Deadline to apply 

The deadline to apply was Friday, July 24.

Draw date 

The lottery results draw took place on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 2:30 pm. You can view the results of the draw here.

If you’re selected for a lot 

If you’re selected in the lottery, we’ll notify you. You have 24 hours to accept the lot. If you do not accept within 24 hours, we’ll offer the lot to someone else. 

If you accept the lot, you have 14 days from when we notify you to: 

• pay the required minimum down payment; and 
• enter into an agreement for sale with us.

Requirements for ownership

 If you sign an agreement for sale, you must meet the contract requirements to take ownership of the lot. You must: 

• build within 3 years; and 
• pay for the lot in full.
