The Yukon Transportation Hall of Fame honours people, living or recently deceased, who've made a major contribution to the transportation industry in the Yukon.
The Transportation Hall of Fame is located at the Yukon Transportation Museum in Whitehorse.
Awards
Transportation Pioneer of the Year award
This award is given to someone who has made a major contribution to the transportation industry. This can include a closely-related activity that helped with the movement of goods or people in the Yukon.
Transportation Person of the Year award
This award is given to a person who, during their career, held a leadership role that moved the transportation industry forward as a whole or in specific areas. This includes policy, safety, education, enforcement, innovation and performance. This can include a closely-related activity that helped with the movement of goods or people in the Yukon.
Order of Polaris award
This award is given to individuals, groups or associations whose contributions to aviation include excellent service in the Yukon. They will have made a significant impact to the aviation industry. We'll also consider nominations that include:
- pilots;
- engineers;
- air crews;
- ground support;
- mechanics; and
- designers.
Groups or associations who have played an important role in opening up the North are also considered.

Ownership of the Transportation Hall of Fame program is transitioning from the Government of Yukon to the Yukon Transportation Museum.
