The Government of Yukon's Corporate Information Management Unit is responsible for administrating the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy (ATIPP) Act. We operate the central ATIPP Office.
This unit:
- provides corporate leadership in the management, storage and protection of the government’s information assets; and
- facilitates public access to government records while protecting people's privacy.
The ATIPP Office is the central point of contact for ATIPP-related inquiries in the territory. All ATIPP requests come through this office. Once the ATIPP Office receives your request, they distribute it to the relevant public body or bodies.
