To publish a notice required by law in The Yukon Gazette, follow the steps below.
- Email the notice to the editor of The Yukon Gazette at [email protected]. You must do this by the 2nd working day of the month for your notice to be published in that month's edition.
- Pay the publication fee of $20 plus GST.
You can pay by:
- Visa or Mastercard credit card by phone; or
- cheque, money order or bank draft:
- payable to Government of Yukon; and
- mailed to the editor (The Yukon Gazette, Queen's Printer, Box 2702 (W-9), Whitehorse, Yukon Y1A 2C6).
Garage Keepers Lien Act notices
If you're sending us a garage keepers lien notice, you must also complete and send the Garage keepers lien notice form.

Timing your notice and auction
The Yukon Gazette is not distributed until the 15th of each month. Keep this in mind when you're planning the date of your auction.
