Professional and Corporate Affairs hours and location

We are responsible for administering a variety of legislation for professionals, business entities, societies and charitable gaming.

There are three units:

• Corporate registries: supports corporations, partnerships, not-for-profit organizations and cooperatives in the Yukon. We also maintain the public personal property security (lien) register.
• Business professions: supports real estate agents, security guards, funeral directors, pawnbrokers and collection agents. We're also responsible for licensing charitable games like raffles and bingos.
• Health professions: support chiropractors, dentists, dental hygienists and therapists, denturists, licensed practical nurses, midwives, optometrists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and registered psychiatric nurses. We also regulate physicians through the Yukon Medical Council
