Real estate transactions Q3 (2025) $171.9 million. Most of the increase in Q3 of 2025 was due to higher average sale prices of single detached houses and year-over-year increases in the number of residential lot sales and row house sales in Whitehorse.
Change in CPI in Whitehorse (2024) up 2.0 per cent.
Retail sales (2024) up 1.4 per cent.
