Site description
- Hike-in campground.
- Opening and closing dates subject to terrain, wildlife and weather conditions.
- You'll need to reserve and purchase a special camping permit online ($18 a night per tent pad).
- Before you begin your trip you and all members of your party must watch our backcountry orientation video, either online before your arrival or at the Interpretive Centre.
- You must also pre-arrange to either rent or purchase a bear-proof food canister. Canisters are available to rent or purchase at several locations (see Planning a Trip). Purchase your own at mec.ca, or Coast Mountain Sports in Whitehorse or rent from Klondike Experience in Dawson or Changing Gear in Whitehorse.
