Book a seasonal immunization appointment
Seasonal immunizations can help protect against serious and life-threatening illness.
Everyone 6 months and older is eligible for COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines this season.
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccine is available for adults 75 years and older who have not previously received this product.
Infants 8 months of age and younger are eligible for RSV prevention through their local health center.
Book appointment for individuals aged 6 months and older
Everyone 6 months and older can get COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines.
Starting October 6, 2025, select pharmacies in Whitehorse will begin offering vaccines. Beginning October 14, COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines will be available across the Yukon.
Booking appointment for RSV vaccines for adults 75+ and infants 8 months and under
The RSV vaccine is available year round, for individuals aged 75+ who have not had it before. You must wait 4 weeks before receiving other vaccines.
To ensure that you're fully protected, we recommend you book your COVID-19 and Influenza vaccine appointments before the start of the RSV season in November.
If you're 75+, or 60+ residing in long-term care, find out about the importance of RSV vaccines.
For infants aged 8 months and younger, the RSV product will also be available November 1, 2025. You can start booking appointments at your local health centre on that date.
Before coming in for your appointment
- Review the information sheet and after-care sheet for COVID-19, Influenza, RSV for adults and RSV for infants.
- Prepare any questions you have for clinic health care providers.
What to bring to your vaccination appointment
- Bring a valid Yukon or other Canadian health care card if you have it.
- Bring your immunization record if you have it.
- Wear a loose-fitting or short-sleeved shirt so that your upper arm can be reached.
Whitehorse locations for seasonal immunizations
Whitehorse Health Centre – NVD Place Mall (4201 4th Avenue)
- Appointments starting October 14, 2025.
- Appointment hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 to 4:30 pm. Closed from 12 to 1 pm.
- Wednesday 8:30 am to 1 pm
- Saturday October 25 and November 8 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (closed from 12 pm to 1 pm)
- Booked appointments will be prioritized however walk-ins will be accommodated whenever possible up to 30 minutes before closing. Book your vaccine appointment
Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy – Main Street and Ogilvie Street
- Appointments available starting October 6, 2025.
- Walk in appointments are offered daily including weekends and stat holidays:
- Ogilvie Street: 8 am to 10 pm

Save-On-Foods
- Vaccinations are available by appointment only.
- Evening, weekend and statutory holiday appointments are not available.

Rescheduling, cancelling and additional booking information
For bookings, cancellation and re-scheduling at NVD Place, follow the steps below. If you have booked at one of the pharmacies listed above, go to their pharmacy booking page or contact them directly.
How do you book an appointment?
- Click the "Book your COVID-19 vaccines" button to go to the appointments booking page. Note: you'll be able to get you Influenza vaccine during the appointment.
- Carefully read the instructions provided.
- Under the “Select appointment" section, select the appointment type.
- Fill in your personal details, including:
- your first and last name;
- date of birth;
- select a preferred contact method;
- mobile phone number (for SMS) and or email; and
- personal health number
- type: YHCIP
- issuer: YT
- ID: enter your Yukon health card number
- If you do not have a Yukon health card leave these fields blank.
- Under your preferred contact method “To verify your phone, click here” will appear in red font, click “click here” and a verification code will be sent to your email or mobile phone
- Open up your email or text message and get the code.
- Enter this verification code and click “Verify".
- Choose a location by clicking on “Book appointment” next to your desired location.
- Select your preferred date and time.
- Click “Next".
- You'll then see an appointment confirmation page. If the information is correct click “Book Now”
- You can add the appointment to your calendar or reschedule or cancel if needed.
- Based on your preferred contact method, we'll send you an email or text to confirm your appointment.
What information do you need to book a vaccination appointment?
You'll need to provide your:
- first and last name;
- personal health number (optional);
- mobile phone number (for SMS) or email address; and
- preferred contact method and date of birth.
If you’re a Yukon resident, you can apply for a Yukon health care card.
If you do not have an email address
You do not need an email address to book an appointment. You can book an appointment with your mobile phone number.
If you do not have a mobile phone number
You do not need a mobile number to book an appointment. You can book an appointment with your email address.
Book for others
Can you book an appointment on behalf of a family member?
Yes. You'll need their:
- first and last name;
- health number (optional);
- mobile phone number (for SMS) and or email; and
- preferred contact method and date of birth.
Can you book an appointment for a family member for the same time as your own appointment?
Appointment times are for 1 person only. Clinics may have multiple staff giving the vaccine. You may be able to book an appointment at approximately the same time as your family member.

How do you reschedule an appointment?
If you booked an appointment on the phone and you are outside of Whitehorse, contact your local health centre to reschedule your appointment.
- In the confirmation email or text message you will receive a link that allows you to manage your appointment. Click on the link.
- Click next.
- Enter your:
- first and last name; and
- date of birth.
- Click next.
- Under the make changes section click the “Reschedule Appointment” button
- Select a new date and time for your appointment.
- Click “Reschedule Now”
- Based on your preferred contact method, you'll receive an "Appointment rescheduled" confirmation email or text.
How do you cancel an appointment?
If you booked an appointment on the phone and you are outside of Whitehorse, contact your local health centre to cancel your appointment.
- In the confirmation email or text message you will receive a link that allows you to manage your appointment. Click on the link.
- Click next.
- Enter your:
- first and last name; and
- date of birth.
- Click next.
- Under the make changes section click the “Cancel Appointment” button
- You will be asked to confirm your preference, select the “Cancel Appointment” button.
- You will see an appointment details screen indicating that your appointment has been cancelled.
- You will receive an email or text message that confirms the cancellation.
How soon before the appointment can you book?
We typically open bookings 1 to 2 weeks before the clinic date. You can book up until the start of the appointment. If you want to book a same-day appointment, plan your time. Consider how much time it’ll take to get to the clinic on time so you can avoid being late.

Appointments help us to better manage our human resources as well as our territorial vaccine supply.
